My name is Angelie Michaud. I am from Haiti moved to New Jersey, moving forward I left jersey moved to the state of Pennsylvania in 2017.I realized Allentown didn’t sell any Haitian food. I was looking to buy some Haitian food in Allentown or Whitehall and realized there is a lack of West Indian food. I then decided with my talents that I have I wanted to open a Haitian Caribbean restaurant. My dreams were always to be a restaurant owner
Our Commitment
I love serving food! I can create or make nice platters of healthy reasonable food for anyone knowing that i have the courage to do it. Why not go for it especially the city of Allentown or Whitehall township where diversity is growing. Once again there is no Haitian restaurant open In the city of Allentown. The Haitian community growing, but we don’t have any type of Haitian restaurants and I Angelie Michaud am very concerned about that. Started home restaurant called “Angie’s Creole Kitchen” restaurant to start selling food to our Haitian/ West Indian community. My goal is to have a restaurant to serve Caribbean or American people in city of Allentown or Whitehall. what i like about having a restaurant is that I enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!!
